How Finvora Investments collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.

Last updated 10 August 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, contact details, city, country, the service you are enquiring about, the content of your message and any document you choose to upload. We also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

2. Why we process it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you have requested.
  • To prepare and file claims on your behalf with companies, registrars, insurers and statutory authorities.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
  • To send you updates you have expressly subscribed to. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and where processing is necessary to perform the engagement you have instructed us on or to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to advance your matter — with the relevant company, registrar, insurer, lender or authority — or where we are legally compelled to do so. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

5. Security

Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the case team handling your matter. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form.

6. Retention

We retain case records for as long as the engagement continues and thereafter for the period required by law and by our professional record-keeping obligations. Enquiry records that do not lead to an engagement are deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Write to us using the details on our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary for the site to function, including a session cookie and a CSRF token. Analytics is first-party and aggregated; we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
